Before accepting a job offer what is most important is to evaluate yourself. Are you fit for the Job? Is this the job that you would love to do for 9-7 without any break and still be happy at the end of the day. Job Offer can be for a profile which you won’t like but the salary and payroll might allure you towards the same, but at the end of the day quality of work will matter so rather take up a job of your interest rather switching and jumping from one to another in search for a better CTC.

Evaluating Employee related benefits and perks is the most important part of it. Is there a certain amount of security being provided by the Employer. Employee benefits including medical coverage, retirement plans, amount of working days and other perks can speak to up to 30% of your package.

Salary is the most important part of Job as its the remuneration one gets for rendering their services. Before accepting an offer you should think that is there a room for discussion and negotiation. Will this approach help you a larger piece of cake? or Is it enough?

In case you don’t know about the compensation, consider making a financial limit so you’ll know precisely how far your paycheck will extend every month.

Learning is something which doesn’t need to be taught rather can be observed and lead you ahead so stay dedicated and start learning rather running behind the CTC.

Transparency should also be taken into consideration on the job profile as it is EASE OF GETTING and INFORMATION. Are you comfortable with the limited amount of information available to you on the current role? Is the question you need to ask yourself before accepting the information. When you don’t know about the larger goal or the bigger picture of the company then it’s tough for you rather you can divert your focus towards the smaller projects being handed over to your team.
